On a lazy Sunday, I decided to comb through my memory card to find some photos that I haven’t published before. These are a compilation through the last few years. Some are local, some are from the Pacific Northwest.
On a beautiful Fall day in Indiana, I just had to go out to my favorite spot to shoot come photos. Unfortunately, I was a bit early. Not enough of the trees had put on their Autumn best, plus the sun was more behind the clouds than shining. Nonetheless, I did get a few shots I liked.
The photo above was taken on our journey through the Hoh Rainforest on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. Looking at the photo, you can almost smell the damp moss and fallen trees. It’s truly a magical place. One of the most majestic in the United States. Watch out for vampires, though. It’s not far from Forks, which is the fictional setting of the Twilight saga.
